I refer to your request for my thoughts on Adam Scicluna as the entertainer at the MILCIS 2009 dinner.
The audience was made up of mainly defence personnel and around 85% male. We briefed Adam on the audience a week before the event and the style of presentation we wanted i.e. a good mix of humour and his trade mark opera singing. On the night that is exactly what he delivered.
Adams presentation captivated the audience as they were not sure when he started that it was going to be all opera - but he "wove" into the presentation plenty of humour. By the time he finished after 30 minutes the audience was totally enthralled with him so much so that he did an encore as the audience urged him on. In summary great to get on with, easy to please, quality presentation, audience loved him.
